The C3M0065100K is A 1000 V, 65 mΩ, 35 A silicon carbide power MOSFET based on third-generation technology in an enhanced four-pin TO-247-4 package with a Kelvin gate connection. The Kelvin source design significantly reduces switching losses and grid ringing. With low on-resistance, low output capacitance and low source inductance, this MOSFET is optimized for use in electric vehicle charging systems and three-phase industrial power supplies.
