The MKE12Z512VLL9 microcontroller is based on the ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core and features up to 512KB of flash memory, 96KB of RAM, and a full range of analog/digital capabilities.


The KE1xZ series MCU offers high performance and high scalability, and the durable TSI modules provide extremely high stability and accuracy for HMI systems.


MKE12Z512VLL9 -- Feature

• Cortex-M0+ cores up to 96MHz support a wide range of processing bandwidth requirements while maintaining superior cost effectiveness, easy-to-use packaging, and extensive memory density

• Enhanced durable IO for high performance in noisy environments

• The durable TSI supports both mutual capacitance and self-capacitance modes, providing flexibility for up to 72 touch keys

• Supports the CAN protocol (version 2.0A/B), supports standard and extended data frames, and data rates up to 1Mbps.

Flextimer with up to 8 PWM supports 3-phase motor control, including downtime insertion and fault detection

• 1MSPS 12-bit ADCs with 24 inputs per module provide fast sampling rates and support instant data conversion and storage

• Analog comparator that responds quickly to external analog changes

• Programmable delay modules with flexible trigger systems provide a variety of interconnections for on-chip modules, ADCs, Dacs, FlexTimers and CMPS

• FlexIO enables the flexible implementation of serial communication interfaces

Boot ROM provides on-chip boot code and serial port drivers to save flash memory space, as well as flexible boot options and in-system programming support
