The MCXN946VDFT features two high-performance Arm® Cortex-M33 cores running at up to 150MHz, 1MB flash memory and configurable RAM with full ECC, DSP coprocessor, and integrated eIQ Neutron NPU. Compared to a CPU core alone, the NPU can provide up to 42 times the machine learning (ML) throughput increase, which can reduce system wake-up time and reduce overall power consumption.
