The QM55011 is a low-power cellular iot front-end module that supports multiple frequency bands. This is a universal multi-band PA with an adaptive bias scheme for maximum efficiency. The QM55011 includes an integrated Tx filter for coexistence, harmonic suppression, and SEM, as well as a SP6T antenna Tx/Rx switch. It complies with the MIPI RFFE V2.0 standard and comes in a small, thin package (3.0 x 3.0 x 0.6 mm).
