The K32W061K wireless microcontroller (MCU) is designed to power the next generation of ultra-low current multi-protocol wireless devices with support for Zigbee 3.0, Thread, IEEE 802.15.4, and BLUETOOTH® Low Power 5.0.

The K32W061 MCU features multiple low-power modes and ultra-low Tx and Rx power consumption, making it ideal for use in battery-powered devices. The K32W061 MCU features high Rx sensitivity and configurable Tx output power for reliable and robust communication performance.

Powered by the Arm® Cortex-M4 core, the K32W061 features 640KB of on-board flash memory and 152KB of SRAM, providing enough space and flexibility for complex applications and over-the-air (OTA) upgrades without the need for external memory. These MCUS feature a rich set of peripherals, multiple serial communication interfaces for embedded connectivity applications, and quad-serial Flash memory controllers (SPIFI) that can be used to expand non-volatile memory.

The K32W061 MCU includes an integrated Near Field communication (NFC) NTAG IC that enables contactless NFC debugging and simplifies network building while saving energy and improving safety for designers and end consumers.
