Product Description

The NOIP1FN1300A-QTI is a 1/2" SXGA CMOS image sensor with a 1280 X 1024 pixel array. The highly sensitive 4.8 µm x 4.8 µm pixels support low noise "pipeline" and "trigger" global shutter readout modes. "global shutter readout modes. In addition, correlated double sampling (CDS) support in global shutter mode reduces noise and improves dynamic range. The sensor features an on-chip programmable gain amplifier and 10-bit A/D converter. Integration time and gain parameters can be reconfigured without any visible image imperfections. An optional on-chip automatic exposure control loop (AEC) dynamically controls these parameters. The black level of the image can be automatically calibrated or adjusted by adding a user-programmable offset. High programming capability using a four-wire serial peripheral interface allows the user to read out specific areas of interest. Up to 8 zones can be programmed for higher frame rates, and the P1-SN/SE part model features 4 LVDS channels for frame rates up to 210 frames per second in zero ROT mode. Each channel operates at 720 Mbps. A separate sync channel with load information is provided to enable image reconstruction at the receiver side, and the P2-SN/SE part number provides a parallel CMOS output interface at a lower frame rate.


The NOIP1FN1300A-QTI is available in a 48-pin LCC package in monochrome, Bayer colour and extended NIR versions with and without protective tape.
