The CMPA0560008S has a saturated output power of 10 W, a large signal gain of 12 dB, and a power increase efficiency of typically 40% under continuous wave operation. The device is available in a 5x5 mm plastic-clad QFN package that provides superior performance and environmental stability in a small size, allowing customers to improve SWaP-C benchmarking in their next generation systems.
