JN5189THN/001K is ultra-low power, high performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 based wireless microcontrollers supporting Zigbee 3.0 and Thread networking stacks to facilitate the development of Home Automation, Smart Lighting and wireless sensor network applications. The product has 640 KB embedded Flash and 152 KB RAM memory. It has an integrated NFC NTAG to implement contactless NFC commissioning, simplifying the network build-out.
