The BCM6715B0KFFBG is a 4x4 IEEE 802.11ax Version 2 Wi-Fi 6/6E MAC/PHY/ Radio System-on-Chip (SoC) device. The BCM6715 device can selectively operate in 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands, with a maximum channel bandwidth of 160MHz. The BCM6715 utilizes multi-user technologies such as OFDMA (downlink and uplink) and MU-MIMO (downlink and uplink) to provide higher throughput and coverage for consumer devices in home networks. The device can be used in routers, home gateways, Wi-Fi extenders, and Wi-Fi mesh configurations.
