The JN5189HN/001Z is designed to power a new generation of extremely low current wireless devices with support for Zigbee 3.0, Thread, and IEEE 802.15.4. It offers several low power modes, TX and RX power consumption is extremely low, so devices powered by JN5189 can extend battery life. The device uses an Arm® Cortex®-M4 MCU and can run 640 KB of onboard flash memory and 152 KB of SRAM.
