The SI7022-A20-YM1 humidity and temperature sensor is a monolithic CMOS integrated circuit, analogue-to-digital converter, signal processing, calibration data, and PWM output, which can be filtered to produce an analogue voltage output. The patented use of industry-standard low K polymeric dielectrics for humidity sensing enables a monolithic CMOS sensor integrated circuit with low drift, low hysteresis, and excellent long-term stability.
