NTHL027N65S3HF: SUPERFET III MOSFET is a new high-voltage superjunction (SJ) MOSFET series from Ansemy Semiconductor, which utilizes charge balance technology to achieve excellent low conduction resistance and excellent performance in lower gate charges. This advanced technology is specifically designed to minimize conductive losses, provide excellent switching performance, and can withstand extreme dv/dt rates. Therefore, SUPERFET III MOSFET is suitable for various power supply systems, achieving system miniaturization and higher energy efficiency. The optimized body diode reverse recovery performance of SUPERFET III FRFET MOSFET can eliminate additional components and improve system reliability.
