The QN9030THN is the QN Series Bluetooth® 5 SoC (System on a Chip) designed to support the next generation of smart, connected devices. powered by the Arm® Cortex®-M4 CPU, the QN9030 features up to 640KB of on-board Flash and 152kB of SRAM, providing space and flexibility for complex applications and secure over-the-air (OTA) updates. The device also features an advanced low-power mode and ultra-low 2.4 GHz transmit and receive power consumption, which significantly extends battery life. with -97 dBm RX sensitivity and up to +11 dBm Tx output power, the QN9030 SoC delivers reliable and robust communications performance that simplifies design.
