The KSZ9021GQI Gigabit Ethernet transceiver is a fully integrated three-speed (10Base-T/100Base-TX/1000Base-T) Ethernet physical layer transceiver for transmitting and receiving data over standard CAT-5 unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) wires. The KSZ9021 reduces board cost and simplifies board layout through the use of on-chip termination resistors for the four differential pairs and the integration of an LDO controller to drive a low-cost MOSFET to provide a 1.2V core.
