The MSCGL40X120T3AG provides a high quality solution for a variety of high voltage and high power applications. Switching frequencies range from DC for minimal conduction losses to 150 kHz for ultra-high power density switched mode power supply (SMPS) applications, providing the best performance/cost combination for the target application.
