The APTM10HM19FT3G ultrafast, low gate charge MOSFET combines the industry's lowest gate charge with Microchip's proprietary self-aligned aluminium metal gate structure. As a result, the MOSFET achieves extremely fast switching speeds and very low switching losses. The chip's metal gate structure and layout results in an internal series gate resistance (EGR) that is an order of magnitude lower than comparable devices with polysilicon gates.
