The JN5168/001K is an ultra-low-power, high-performance wireless microcontroller for ZigBee applications with 256kB of embedded flash memory, 32 kB of RAM, and no need for external memory for OTA upgrades. 32-bit RISC processors offer high coding efficiency through variable-width instructions, multilevel instruction pipelines, and low-power operations with programmable clock rates. It also includes an IEEE802.15.4-compliant 2.4GHz transceiver and a wealth of analog and digital peripherals.
