The WLAN7201HCZ is a monolithic RF front-end IC that can be used as a flip chip with copper post bumps. It is designed for Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 applications. It includes power amplifiers with directional couplers, low noise receiver amplifiers (LNAs) and single pole double throw (SPDT) switches. Coexistence filters for transmit and receive channels are also included.

●Human Body Model (HBM) conforms to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC standard JS-001 for voltages over 2kV

●Charging Device Model (CDM) conforms to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC standard JS-002 for voltages in excess of 500V.
