The BTS7202UJ is a dual-channel front-end receive module (RX AFE) in a HVQFN40 package.The BTS7202UJ is designed for 5G mMIMO base station applications.The BTS7202U includes 2 independent receive channels, each with a low noise amplifier (LNA). This can be set to two different gain levels. Each channel also has a switch that routes the high power TX signal to the end load.
