The BTS7205HHP is a dual-channel receiver analogue front-end module (RX AFE) in a leadframe HVQFN package.

The BTS7205HHP is designed for 5G mMIMO base station applications.The BTS7205H consists of two independent receiver channels with variable gain controlled low noise amplifiers (LNAs). Each channel also features switches for high-power TX signals. In addition, each channel has a separate antenna signal bypass connected to the RX output via a coupler.
