The QPB9380TR13 Dual Switching Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) Modules are RF front-end modules in a dual-channel configuration with an integrated two-stage LNA and 20W power handling switch. These modules operate over the frequency range of 2.3 GHz to 5 GHz, with a noise figure of 1 dB at 3.5 GHz, and can be operated in receive mode. The switching LNA modules have an insertion loss of 0.5dB in transmit mode.
