QPF4257TR13 High Power Front-End Module Optimises power consumption of 5V supplies while maximising linear output power and throughput. Includes integrated core-level filters for the second and third harmonics and 5GHz rejection for DBDC operation. The device also integrates a 2.4 GHz power amplifier, a single-pole, double-throw switch (SP2T), and a bypassable low-noise amplifier (LNA) in a single device for efficient layout and application feedback.
