The MPM6010 Buck LED Driver is a 36V/1.5A high efficiency synchronous LED driver with integrated inductor. These drivers provide a compact solution with built-in power MOSFETs and two capacitors, requiring only four external components. This allows 1.5A of continuous output current and excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. Protection features include thermal shutdown (TSD), overcurrent protection (OCP) with valley current detection, and internal soft-start. The modules are available in a QFN-17 (3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm) space saving package. AEC-Q100 qualified drivers are available. The MPS MPM6010 buck LED driver is ideal for automotive LED lighting applications.
