The NL27WZU04ADBVT1G is a high performance dual unbuffered inverter operating from 1.65 to 5.5 V. The device consists of a dual unbuffered inverter. Used in combination with other devices or with the MC74LCXU04 Hex unbuffered inverters, these devices are ideally suited for use as oscillators, pulse shapers, and other applications that require a digital device in analogue mode.
