TL391LVQDBVRQ1 Single, stand-alone voltage comparators that operate over a wide supply voltage range. The devices include a power-on reset (POR) feature that ensures the outputs are held high until the minimum supply voltage is reached, preventing output transients during power-up and power-down. The family also features rail-to-rail inputs that can be ramped up to 6V without causing damage or phase inversion.
