The LM339LVQDRQ1 contains single, dual, and quad independent voltage comparators that operate over a wide range of supply voltages.The LV devices are direct replacements for the standard TL331-Q1, LM2xx, LM3xx, and LM290x-Q1 comparator families in low-voltage (≤ 5V) applications to improve performance and add functionality. The inclusion of a power-on reset (POR) feature ensures that the outputs are held in a high-resistance state until the minimum supply voltage is reached, preventing output transients during power-up and power-down. The family also features rail-to-rail inputs that can be ramped up to 6V without causing damage or phase inversion.
