The LM339BIRTER four-channel differential comparator contains four independent voltage comparators designed to operate from a single supply over a wide voltage range. With lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage capability, and lower supply current. The devices also feature lower input bias currents, lower propagation delays, higher 2kV ESD performance, and improved input tolerance through dedicated ESD clamping.
