The TLV1812QPWRQ1 is a family of automotive grade 40V dual comparators with multiple output options. The family offers rail-to-rail inputs with push-pull or open-drain output options. The family offers an excellent combination of speed power with a propagation delay of 420ns, a full supply voltage range of 2.4V to 40V, and a quiescent supply current of only 5µA per channel.

All devices include a power-on reset (POR) function. This ensures that the outputs are in a known state until the minimum supply voltage is reached, and then the outputs respond to the inputs, preventing erroneous outputs during system power-up and power-down.
