The PIC32CM5164JH01064-I/5LX 32-bit MCU is based on the SAM C21 family of Arm® Cortex®-M0+ MCUs. The PIC32CM JH has the usual features with extended memory options of up to 512KB Flash and 64KB for designs requiring functional safety, enhanced touch or security. The MCU is pin compatible with the SAM C21 series in a 64-pin package.
