Product Description

The MFS2300BMBA0EP Safety System Basis (SBC) PMIC is pin-to-pin/software compatible and includes CAN / LIN transceivers, as well as a wide range of system and safety functions for emerging automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs).The FS23 SBC can be scaled from a linear regulator version to a DC-DC regulator version, and from QM to ASIL B. The FS23 SBC can be used in a wide range of automotive applications.
