The IR3888BMTRPBF OptiMOS™ IPOL 16 A is an easy-to-use, fully integrated DC-DC buck regulator with a patented fast constant on-time (COT) control scheme. Simplifying design efforts while enabling enhanced transient response and improved Vout regulation, the IR3888B with on-board PWM controller and Optimos™ 5 MOSFET with integrated bootstrap diode is a small footprint, high efficiency solution for a variety of point-of-load applications.
