The MLX90340EDC-AAA-400-SP is a monolithic sensor integrated circuit that is sensitive to quadrature and negative quadrature magnetic flux densities. It is sensitive to the three components (i.e., Bx, Bx, and Bx) of the magnetic flux density applied to the surface of the integrated circuit. This makes it possible to decode the absolute position of any moving magnet through the correct magnetic circuit. It allows the design of a new generation of non-contact position sensors often required in heavy-duty and industrial applications. Reports programmable ratiometric analogue output signals with programmable linear Hall sensors.
