The MT25QL256ABA1ESF-0SIT is a multi-I/O serial NOR Flash memory with SPI-compatible serial bus interface, execute-in-place (XIP) functionality, enhanced write-protection technology and extended address access. All STR protocols can be clocked up to 133MHz, all DTR protocols can be clocked up to 90MHz, and dual/quad I/O instructions increase throughput up to 90MB/s. This version has a density of 128Mb (16MB) and is stacked as a single chip. Configuration options include volatile and non-volatile memory, as well as a dedicated 64-byte OTP section outside of main memory that is accessible and user-lockable. It supports batch erase, sector erase with uniform 64KB granularity, and subsector erase with 4KB and 32KB granularity.
