The RT5090CGQW integrates a 1-channel buck controller, 3-channel high-efficiency synchronous buck converter, 1-channel high-efficiency synchronous buck converter, 1LDO, I2C control interface, and peripheral logic control. Supports mute, AC brownout cancellation tone, and fast setup storage when input power is disconnected. Suitable for 12V to 24V single input systems or 12V to 24V + 3.3V standby systems. Available in WQFN-40L 5x5 package.
