The QPA9942SR is a highly efficient linearisable power amplifier for Band 42 small cell wireless infrastructure systems. It uses InGaP/GaAs HBT technology to achieve 26% high efficiency at +28dBm average output power while providing excellent DPD linearisation ACPR of -50dBc for wideband 5G signals. 

The QPA9942SR is available in a 5x5mm SMT package. It is pin-compatible with the QPA9908, QPA9901, and QPA9903 (high-efficiency small cell power amplifiers).
