The MGM13S02F512GN-V3 is Silicon Labs' first SiP module solution for 802.15.4 mesh and multi-protocol networks with Bluetooth 5 support, including 2 Mbps, 1 Mbps, and encoded LE PHY.

Based on the EFR32MG13 Mighty Gecko SoC in a 6.5 mm × 6.5 mm package, the MGM13S02F512GN-V3 delivers robust RF performance, low power consumption, a wide selection of MCU peripherals, regulatory test certificates for different regions and countries, and a simplified development experience. Together with Silicon Labs' certified software stack and powerful tools, the MGM13S accelerates time-to-market by minimising the amount of area, engineering effort and development cost required to add Zigbee, Thread, Bluetooth 5 or multi-protocol connectivity to any product.
