The A1693LKTN-RSNOB is a magnetic sensor IC designed to measure the speed and direction of a rotating drive system. The IC can be used for direct measurement of ring magnets or with measurement of ferrous targets. The IC integrates three Hall effect elements that sense analogue signal conditioning, an analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) with dynamic gain and offset adjustment, and a digital processor that applies intelligent algorithms to reduce errors. The digital processor employs intelligent algorithms to prevent switching of outputs when sensing target vibration.
