The ATS17501PSGATN-WDFUYJ is a single IC solution designed for ferrous gear target rotation position detection in automotive and industrial motor applications (often with specific application and safety requirements). The IC is packaged in an SG package and contains rare earth magnetic spheres for ease of fabrication, consistent application performance and higher reliability. Three Hall elements are integrated to create two independent differential channels.
