The ADC32RF52IRTDT is a single-core, 14-bit, 1.5GSPS dual-channel analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) that supports RF sampling at input frequencies up to 2GHz. The design maximises signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and provides a noise spectral density of -153dBFS/Hz. Using an additional internal ADC and on-chip signal averaging, the noise density is increased to -156dBFS/Hz (2x AVG) and -159dBFS/Hz (4x AVG).
