The ADC34RF55IRTDT is a single-core, 14-bit, 3GSPS quad-channel analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) that supports RF sampling at input frequencies up to 3GHz. The design maximises signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and provides a noise spectral density of -156dBFS/Hz. Using an additional internal ADC and on-chip signal averaging, the noise density is increased to -158dBFS/Hz.
