The RTL8711AF-VB1-CG is a highly integrated single chip with a low-power mechanism that is ideal for Iot (Internet of Things) applications. It integrates the ARM®Cortex™-M3 MCU, WLAN MAC, WLAN baseband /RF with 1T1R support, and NFC in a single chip. It also offers a configurable GPIO that can be used as a digital peripheral for a variety of product applications and control purposes.

The RTL8711AF integrates internal memory and flash memory to minimize the size of Iot end products and reduce development costs. Embedded memory configuration enables simpler and faster application development.
