The NCK2982RHN is an RF transceiver with an embedded microcontroller for use in automotive environments. Full functionality including customer programmable non-volatile programming memory is integrated in a single package. The device is suitable for use in automotive key card and body control module type applications. Integrated microcontroller allowing deployment of complete subsystems. Full device functionality including some customer programmable non-volatile memory is integrated within a single CMOS chip.
