The MK20DN512VMC10 32-bit microcontrollers are low-power MCUs that offer significant BOM savings through intelligent on-chip integration.These MCUs are based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core and offer full and optional high-speed USB 2.0 On-The-Go (OTG), including crystal-less device feature options. Devices range from 32KB to 2MB of Flash, up to 1MB of SRAM, and can be equipped with up to two USB controllers.The Kinetis K2x MCU family is a scalable product portfolio with varying levels of integration and security. The portfolio offers a wide range of analogue, communication, timing and control peripherals to meet a variety of requirements.

128 KB - 512 KB Flash memory. Supports fast access with high reliability and level 4 security protection
SRAM 32 KB - 128 KB
FlexMemory: 32 bytes - 4 KB user-segmentable byte write/erase EEPROM for datasheet/system data. EEPROM that can be erased more than 10M times and Flash memory with a write time of only 70 µs (no data loss or corruption in the event of a power failure). Programming and erasing functions can be performed without user or system intervention, and the device remains fully operational down to an operating voltage of 1.71V. Up to 256 KB of space is available for storing additional programme code, data or EEPROM backups.
