The MAX20069CGTL/VY is a highly integrated TFT power supply and LED backlight driver IC for automotive TFT-LCD applications.The IC integrates a boost/buck converter, a boost converter, two gate drive supplies, and a boost/SEPIC converter for powering the backlight of a four-string LED display.
