The ADPA7007AEHZ GaAs pHEMT MMIC power amplifier is a pseudo-crystalline high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) distributed power amplifier that operates over the frequency range of 18 GHz to 44 GHz. The amplifier features a gain of 21.5 dB and a 1 dB compressed (P1dB) output power of 31 dBm. The ADPA7007AEHZZ requires a 5V supply voltage (VDD) at 1400mA, and the inputs and outputs are internally matched to 50Ω for easy integration into multi-chip modules (MCMs). All data is obtained from the chip by connecting two 0.025mm solder wires (less than 0.31mm in length).
