The ADPA7008AEHZ power amplifier is a GaAs, pHEMT, MMIC, 31dBm saturated output power (PSAT, 1W) distributed power amplifier.The ADPA7008 includes an integrated temperature-compensated, on-chip power detector, and operates over the frequency range of 20GHz to 54GHz.

The ADPA7008 power amplifier features 17.5dB small-signal gain, 30dBm output power, a P1dB compression point, and an excellent 37dBm IP3 output typical over the 22GHz to 40GHz frequency range. Thanks to these features, the ADPA7008 is ideally suited for linear applications such as electronic countermeasures and instrumentation applications requiring a 31dBm high-efficiency PSAT.

In addition, the RF inputs and outputs are internally matched and isolated for easy integration into higher-level components. The device requires 1500mA of current at 5V supply voltage (VDD).

The ADPA7008AEHZ is available in a 7mm × 7mm ceramic leadless package with a heat sink [LCC_HS] for low thermal resistance and compatibility with surface-mount manufacturing techniques.
