The TLE4263-2GS regulates the input voltage (up to 45V) up to 5.0V with a load capability of 180mA. It provides short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, power-on reset, undervoltage reset, watchdog circuitry, and inhibit inputs. The reset output and watchdog trigger time can be adjusted by external components. The inhibit input shuts down the IC to minimise current consumption (typically 0mA).
