The TLS830A4EPV50 is a high performance, low dropout and ultra-low quiescent current linear regulator. With a typical quiescent current of only 4.3 μA at light loads and an input voltage range of 3.2 V to 40 V, the device is ideally suited for automotive power supply systems or other power supply systems permanently connected to batteries. The loop concept combines fast regulation with very high stability and requires only a small 4.7 μF ceramic capacitor at the output. The operating range starts at 3.2 V input voltage.
