The TLS820F3ELV33 is a high performance low dropout fixed output voltage regulator in a PG-SSOP-14 package. With an input voltage range of 3 V to 42 V and a very low quiescent current of 26 µA, these regulators are perfectly suited for use in automotive systems or other power supply systems permanently connected to a battery. With an output voltage accuracy of ±2 per cent and a maximum output current of 200 mA, the loop concept combines fast regulation with excellent stability and requires only a small 1 µF ceramic capacitor. The operating range starts from an input voltage of only 3 V (extended operating range.) The output voltage is ±2% accurate and the maximum output current is 200 mA.
