The TLS850F3TUV33 is a high performance low dropout fixed output voltage regulator in the PG-TO252-7 package. With an input voltage range of 3 V to 42 V and an extremely low quiescent current of 26 µA, these regulators have an input voltage range of 3 V to 42 V and an extremely low quiescent current of 26 µA. The output voltage accuracy is ±2% and the maximum output current is 500 mA.
